Jeff Corner brings 25 years of expertise, professional relationships and success in the commercial real estate industry to Coho Commercial.  As a long-term trusted advisor serving owners, investors, buyers, tenants and developers, Jeff is an expert in his field with the depth of experience and focused work ethic to deliver consistent and outstanding results to his clients.   He has earned a professional reputation as honest, trustworthy, transparent, communicative, analytical, balanced, objective and ethical – all attributes that support Jeff’s proven ability to guide and advise his clients through the many complex decisions that  accompany a commercial or investment transaction.  He is, above all else, client-focused and client-driven, with a clear mission to serve and a clear understanding of the great responsibility that accompanies his clients’ trust in his work. 

Prior to joining Coho Commercial, Jeff has spent the last 20 years developing and leading two successful commercial real estate companies, most recently over the past 10 years as founder and owner of Corner Commercial Real Estate.   His lengthy experience as an entrepreneur and business owner has greatly influenced his understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing organizations of all types and sizes.   Having walked the walk as a business owner himself, Jeff is in an advantageous position to advise his clients with what is often one of the largest financial and most strategic operational decisions they face – their real estate.  Buy, lease, sell, build, sale/leaseback – Jeff brings a grounded and experienced perspective to assist organizations and individuals as they look to achieve and optimize their real estate goals.

 

Jeff is a licensed Principal Broker in the state of Oregon.  He holds a BS in Economics from Willamette University and an MBA from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management.   He was a collegiate soccer player for the Bearcats, and continues his life-long passion for the game as a fan of both collegiate and professional teams. He calls Salem home with his wife of 26 years, Sue, who serves as the Dean of Admission at Willamette.  The couple have three young adult children, two dogs and a beach house in Neskowin under constant assault from Oregon Coast weather.  As a result, Jeff currently has no hobbies.  He dreams of someday having time to fly fish again on the rivers he loves.  

Peter Braunworth

Peter Braunworth has served Oregonians as a real estate professional since 2009. Today, he leads the exceptional teams at Coho Realty and Coho Commercial as the companies’ licensed Principal Broker.

Born and raised in Oregon, Peter earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Oregon State University and began a career in real estate shortly after. He quickly discovered not only an innate ability to facilitate large-scale transactions but also a sincere desire to help customers navigate decisions that would greatly impact their lives. After more than a decade in the industry, Peter’s wide range of experience—including residential, commercial, and small to large land and farm sales—demonstrates his dedication to the profession.

Peter follows Oregon’s ever-changing real estate market and continually pursues current credentials and education to provide his clients with expert advice. He is a Certified Residential Specialist, a designated Seller Representative Specialist, and a long-time member of the Realtor’s Association.

Peter is a high-level professional who has earned a reputation for delivering results beyond industry norms and for serving customers with genuine care and integrity.
